FOX	11pm	Lifehouse and American Idol winner Phillip Phillips will play FOX's New Year's Eve Live!, which will broadcast from Las Vegas' Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino!  Carmen Electra will also appear.
NBC	10pm & 11:30pm	"NBC's New Year's Eve with Carson Daly" will help ring in 2013 at New York City's Times Square.  Performers have not yet been announced.
ABC	10pm	Ryan Seacrest will host Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve from Times Square in New York City.  East Coast performers include Taylor Swift, Psy, Neon Trees, and Carly Rae Jepsen, with Justin Bieber, Ellie Goulding, and the Wanted performing on the West Coast.
MTV	11pm	Jeff Dy, Snooki, and JWoww will host MTV's Club NYE 2013 with performances by Ke$ha, Ne-Yo, Rita Ora, Sean Kingston, and Conor Maynard.
