Fantasy of Lights is a 1.5 mile drive-through holiday lights and display entertainment extravaganza for the whole family. The mostly animated larger-than-life displays, the special sounds of holiday music piped through your own car radio and the sights and sounds of an erupting Volcano in the dangerously fun Dinosaur Den, Santa Shooting Hoops, a pen of playful penguins, blazing cannons, Tunnels of lights, and a 90 ft winking, twinkling tree will have you “oohing and aahing” throughout the ride.
Christmas in the Park!

Christmas in the Park is an annual holiday tradition that takes place in the heart of Downtown San José at the Plaza de Cesar Chavez. For over 30 years, this whimsical event has brought people from all over the Bay Area together during the holidays. Open now through January 1st!
Each year, the two-acre park is transformed into a holiday fantasy with over 60 musical and animated exhibits, glittering lights and the 60-foot Community Giving Tree. Some of the original displays housed in one of the largest exhibits, the Lima Train, include a melting snowman, caroling mice and elf woodcrafters. The Victorian Village is a 25-foot Christmas tree surrounded by the animated Nutcracker Suite exhibit and Santa's Photo Den. Guests enter a winter wonderland of lights, songs and local entertainment while strolling through an enchanted forest of trees decorated by San José schools, community groups and businesses.

This treasured holiday classic gets a brand new look with world premiere choreography from Ballet San Jose's own Karen Gabay and glorious sets and costumes from American Ballet Theatre. Symphony Silicon Valley, under the baton of Ballet San Jose Music Director and Conductor George Daugherty, performs the incomparable Tchaikovsky score. Arrive early and enjoy carolers in the lobby and a Boutique with holiday and ballet treasures.
