I never stopped thinking about that ONE last pair of cute camo flip flops--just my size--
that I passed up a week ago, so went back to check the sale bin today. YAHOO--still there!
Buried at the bottom of the box! With further reductions!! So I got a pair in black too!
Lisa CarrLove a happy ending! Katie RobinsonAre these them? Camo leopard? Cute! I know Lissa would approve! Jona Denz-HamiltonKatie Robinson: Yep--now which to wear first???? Katie RobinsonTough decision. Depends on your outfit. But if it were me, I'd want to wear the
leopard camo first because they are so fun! Janie FreemanThey are cuter than I supposed! lol . I went back to Kohls and got a second pair in
another color (clearance) of the flip flps I like too! Dee Douglasthey are both so cute! i love bows Tasha LyonsThose are super cute Cathi NordinDon't you just love it when things go your way? You even got a bonus that you
probably wouldn't have gotten otherwise! Brian McCrackenJona is in stealth mode.
You might know the warning signs of ALZHEIMER'S. I'm learning them since getting the
sad news about someone very dear to me. Help me make a difference by joining my
KBAY WalkTeam and/or adding a few dollars to support awareness!
Ahhh! A vacation day went by too quickly. See you back on the radio at 10am!
Lori HarveyClearly she wasn't! I had to turn the channel, yuck!! Sue FurtawGross Teresa JenningsOh my!!! Diane BourdetGlad I watched Dexter Dawn Beers CarterJust. So. Wrong. Loni ReederCan't wait to see whatever new 'Blurred Lines' parody there might be on YouTube that
throws her under the bus further - though she really didn't need any help from anyone. Hopefully she
'twerked' herself right over the shark! Kimberly Barnwell-JoeThe looks on their faces are priceless! Ofelia Pena McCainThe only nice thing I can say is that she is in great shape. The tongue thing is
weird. Don't get me started on the foam finger. Dee Douglasdan, though i don't believe in judging others, i think that anyone watching this 'train wreck'
had the same expression, including me. it was one of those moments when you can't believe what you
are seeing, can do nothing to help, and yet you can't take your eyes off of the tragedy. unfortunately,
i think this is going to be yet another young person who let fame get to them and who has lost all their
sense. Dan KindI think Miley is just trying (perhaps a bit too hard) to shed her young star image. I am certainly
not a Miley Cyrus fan, but she does seem to be the talk of the town this morning. Perhaps that's all she
wanted? As they say, even bad publicity is still publicity. Amy ChoiceYay, Miley, taking your career to the next level! Next stop: Penthouse. You are an amazing
role model for today’s youth. NOT. “Slut” does not equal “maturity,” honey. The constant tongue wagging
and foam finger action last night was just way too disturbing. Wish I could unsee it. Alison DahlstromI think anytime someone is in the public eye they have a responsibility to be a role
model but different artist stand for different things. Why do we judge miley for breaking out of the shell?
Anne Hathaway did it too (except maybe in a more classy way...See More Jona Denz-HamiltonAlison Dahlstrom: Very well said. You have an understanding from being very
close to her peer group. But I LOVE YOUR style! Dee Douglaswhat i find sad is that there seems to be a trend happening with young celebrities trying to
express themselves, either on stage or just in the public eye, through sexual exploitation of themselves.
there has been substance issues with stars for as far...See More Mike MartinI gotta go back and check out some of those Hannah Montana shows. Alison DahlstromDee - I like what you're saying. I want to ask if you think Anne Hathaway was
exploiting herself too doing a topless scene? Or why is Lady Gaga different? Or are they? I think that the
public just gets upset because the worst thing someone can do in th...See More Dee Douglasi have been concerned about anne hathaway also because again, this has not been her
norm in the past. it may be that these young people have been that way behind closed doors and it is just
coming to light in the public eye, but it doesn't seem that wa...See More Alison DahlstromDee - Well put Dee Douglasthanks Kristi StegallsonOne picture says it all. Jona Denz-HamiltonMy main reaction was how cloddy she looked clomping around the stage with her
tongue hanging out. Sherri CousartSo UNBECOMING!!!
Alan and I just saw Lee Daniels' The Butler. I had my eyes glued to the screen so
much that I didn't notice him getting teary-eyed (when he wasn't laughing). Lots of
emotion--and soooooo well acted. Which movies are you betting get Oscar nominations?
Debbie Cook ShaefferJona we went and saw it last night too. Really enjoyed it! My husband came
home last night and looked the man up who was the butler to learn more about him. Come to find out this
story was soooo embellished. I want say how here ill message you privately so it doesn't spoil it for Matthew ArnettHaven't seen the Butler yet, but my Oscar dark horse is "Mud." Patricia Monseeswant to c again!!! Ken StoutOn of the Deacons of NCOF also saw it Dave MoskowitzRemember eldredge cleaer angela davis and bobby seale speaking ar foothill Jo Ellen HanifordI just saw it as well . It was outstanding. A great chronicle of recent history. Jona Denz-HamiltonI can't stop thinking about this story--I feel like I got to know the characters
Michael PophamOne word: daredevi
lKarla JamesonYes he just isnt "Batman" material. He could be Superman though. Dee Douglasi think he's a wonderful actor and will do the role well. i think it makes it hard though, to
find a following with so many different actors playing the same role. Alan Terminewhat's the big deal? He'll do fine Larry SilveiraLol Shannon ByrumHe will be great David PophamNo
Are you a GRAFFITI HATER too? The CHP's added 2 officers in the San Jose area for graffiti crimes
& recently arrested 7 people! Report trash, illegal dumping, or graffiti on our highways to Caltrans: www.dot.ca.gov/hq/maint/msrsubmit/
Mark ZitzerTraveling up to Washington recently and it seems that as soon as you get out of the
Bay Area the freeways and surrounding areas are garbage/graffiti free. Mark ZitzerLooks like Patricia Monseesthats my exit but i dont recall seeing all that perhaps that is old pic! Karla JamesonIt boils my blood.SO rude! Jona Denz-HamiltonMark Zitzer: That could be because of the giant population difference.
We've got over 7 million people in the Bay Area. Angie RegaladoI'm tired of these kids who have nothing better to do! They don't know how hard
it is to keep our beautiful San Jose looking clean!!! Angie RegaladoNow San Jose looks like Los Angeles : ( Joseph Demarestthank you Jona! Tired of the city looking like a dump. It's all over our neighborhood
too. Street signs, electrical boxes, even saw some on the sidewalk Marilyn BarrantiThey need bigger punishments !My neighbors in south San Hoser used to sweep
their van right into the street. They used to empty their small garbage containers in the field across
from us.. I would retrieve the items and politely ask them not to dump their trash in the field. Jona Denz-Hamilton..Large concentration of people I agree.. But all it takes is a couple piggies..
And they just repainted that railroad crossing bridge. Joseph DemarestI guess public caning isn't such a bad idea after all ! lol Ross MehanSan Jose is slowly becoming another Los Angeles--I hate gang crap Jona Denz-HamiltonPatricia Monsees: Yes, it's an old photo from Google images, but alas, a
good representation of what Caltrans has to clean up. Alan Termineugh!Marcela Lomelin Ghope they catch them all. Ruth CormierI think those who do graffiti should be allowed to help paint murals in San Jose, that
would be positive, and their artisitic talent would be showcased.
Am I just out of it??? New research shows my favorite places rated like Rodney
Dangerfield--no respect! The LEAST respected companies include: #4 DENNY'S,
#7 J.C. PENNEY, #9 RITE AID.
The others: 1. Delta Airlines 2. Philip Morris, 3. H&R Block, 5. Big Lots, 6. Best Buy, 8.
Capital One, 10. Foot Locker.
How do you name your pet? We do it by VIBES! That's how we ended up with Spot the
Cat (who acted like a dog), Angel Kitty (she just is), Patches (who has them), and
Chase (who did that a lot)! — with Chris Hamilton.
Teresa JenningsWe wait a day or two then their personality gives us their names! Karla JamesonUsually after TV/movie characters. Therefore we have Rafiki (Lion King), Jasmine
(Aladdin), Stewie (Family Guy), Fluffy (Harry Potter) and Quagmire (Family Guy). Our dog was already
named Lexie when we got her but my son had said that if she were male we would have changed her
name to Slinky Dog (Toy Story). Janie FreemanI named our last dog 'Lucky' because he lost an eye attacked by another dog before
we adopted him. Our new dog is 'Toby' . His name came with him from the pound. Veronika GarciaFor Sugar we all made suggestions. My nephew stood at the opposite end of the
room and started calling her by each suggestion...Sugar was the one she answered to. Cyndy Johnston40 lb pain in the butt Maine coon is Last Chance...cuz I was literally his last chance,
shelter tabby buddy for chance is Zippy-cuz he was doing cartwheels to get our attention (reminded bf
of alan harper)...Tasmanian Devil Dog-named originally cuz he was one and re-christianed
by our favourite Marine..Lucy-Tazzie's sister a tabby....cuz I always wanted to say Lucy..i'm home! Julie StilwellThe shelter called my girl Pumkin. It didn't fit. No typical dog name seemed to fit. She has
these gorgeous smoky topaz chrystal looking eyes. I was on the phone with a friend who was googling
dog names, and I would shout them out to see if she would respond. I told my friend to look for
names of jewels, that the names she was finding did not match her eyes, they weren't chrystalline enough.
As soonas I said the word chrystalline, this dog, who had been looking for an escape hatch ever since I
rescued her, jumped over to me and started licking my face. That was it! She picked her name!
ene CortezThe list of actors... Dee Douglasi love historical movies, even if they are not completely
factual. just seeing what it was like in different eras, etc. planning to go see this in a few
days :) Susan DyerThis is an incredibly important movie and a MUST SEE! The actors were
but the story is a compelling look into the history of our country. It forces us to look at
injustices and its effects on all people. Loni ReederWhat a stunning cast! Can't wait to see this! Judy Dallojacono ReedThink this movie is based on a true story....Oprah Winfrey is part
of the cast too....I'm thinking Oscar Nominations are in order for acting as well as
directing etc... Paul ElliotWe saw it and loved it! Michelle Strong ChamplinSaw it! Very good! Barely recognized Mariah Carey in her teeny-
tiny part! Reminded me of The Help.
