How do you know the elections are right around the corner?
Your mailbox is jammed every day with political fliers!!!
Do you read any of them? I’ll be honest...I throw them all out.
I don’t even look to see what they are. Shame on me!!!!
And how do you know Halloween is right around the corner? There is a Halloween store on every street corner and in every empty storefront!!!
SO mixing politics and Halloween right now….here is the story of Presidential Halloween masks. In the past four elections, presidential candidate Halloween mask sales have correctly predicted the election. Clinton outsold Dole, Bush outsold Gore and Kerry, and Obama outsold McCain.
Should I tell you who is outselling who for this election? BuyCostumes.com and Spirit Halloween Stores both say Obama masks are significantly outselling Romney masks.
Buy Costumes says by 28% more, and Spirit has Obama at 38% more.
We’ll have to wait until November 6th to see if the win streak continues!!!
Don’t have to wait at all though to just enjoy this nice warm weekend…
