Last big weekend to pig out before Thanksgiving!!
Can you believe I just mentioned Thanksgiving? Crazy!!! This year is flying.
 
But as you have your last big hurrah at the BBQ…
Here, according to Shape Magazine, are 4 foots that won’t make you fat!!!
 
  1. Choose coleslaw over potato salad.
  2. A hamburger is actually better than a veggie burger (taste better too)
  3. Grab a beer, not a margarita
  4. Eat anything BUT potato chips.
Believe me, you will thank us Tuesday morning!!!! LOL!!!
