Are you like me…You always order a salad….thinking it’s diet food. Well, it usually is until you add the dressing and a few other “items”.
I always want a Big Mac…but no…it’s a salad.
So I’m reading this morning that maybe I should be ordering that Big Mac
7 salads that can easily have more calories and fat than a BIG MAC-550 calories and 10 grams of saturated fat.
1.Crispy Chicken Salad-1000 calories…12 grams of saturated fat.
2 Southwest “Fiesta” Salad- sometimes Santa Fe salad. 800 calories, 10 grams of saturated fat. Add guacamole and sour cream..1200 calories 14 grams of fat. By the way the taco salad at Taco Bell has 780 cal. 10 grams of fat, 1300 milligrams of salt.

3. Asian Grilled Chicken Salad- 1200 cal. 12 grams fat
4. Buffalo Chicken Salad- 1200 cal. 4300 milligrams of salt
5. Chef Salad-900 cal.
6.Greek Salad- The basics are fine until yo add in feta, olives and stuffed grape leaves.
7.Steak Salad- 800 cal 16 grams of fat, 1200 milligrams of salt.
Big Mac for you too? LOL!!!
