First impressions. How long do you take when you meet someone for the first time to sort of size them up? Did you say a few seconds? I think that’s right. The only said part is that if you take a few seconds to decide whether or not you want to be around the person its taking them just as few seconds as well to make the same decision.
Sure enough ..researchers from NYU (so you know they’re smart ..LOL)
say you don’t have much time to make a good first impression. That we make 11 major decisions about one another in the first 7 seconds of meeting. The best way to make a good impression quickly…smile, stand up straight and make eye contact!
