Missed Ellen on TV yesterday but sure heard about it.
One Million Moms, an affiliate of the American Family Association, has launched a campaign against J-C Penny for going into partnership with Ellen. They say they’re not playing neutral in the culture war…and that they’re making a big business mistake because of Ellen’s sexuality and that most if its customers have traditional values.”
Well, J-C Penny hasn’t backed down. In fact, they told the group to take their business elsewhere. Yeah for them!!! Ellen yesterday said she stands for honesty, quality, kindness, compassion, treating people the way you want to be treated and helping those in need.
Words to live by…
And thank goodness enough people agree. J-C-Penny’s online site slowed to a crawl yesterday because so many people were shopping and they couldn’t handle it all at checkout!!!
Ellen…You are my hero!!!
