See this is why I don’t cook Xmas dinner…
Read this morning that it takes the average person over 7 hours to prepare Christmas dinner…about 3 hours and 30 minutes are spent shopping and 3 hours and 42 minutes are spent in the kitchen.
How long does it take to eat…..30 minutes and 44 seconds. The 44 seconds are for the second piece of pie!!!!
This might take care of one of your gifts….The Help is out on DVD today. I so loved that movie. Have to admit I never read the book. If you watched Desperate Housewives Sunday night, did you notice the nurse at the rehab facility where Carlos was staying was reading it? Said all he wanted to do was finish the book…Got a chuckle out of it. Not so funny at the end of the show. Do you think Bree will take her own life? This is the final season. I’m not sure how they’re going to settle the murder case… SO many of them are guilty…You might be able to say the homicide was justified, but they’ve all lied and covered up…
And one last thing…Hangover 2 is also out on DVD today. Don’t need to buy that one. Bradley Cooper said he hopes they start filming the third and final one next year. At least that’s the plan.
