You don’t just want to run down and pick up a pet for Christmas morning unless you’ve already given it serious thought and know that the pet can be taken care of properly…but if it is the right time for you….go do it…It will change your life. My Tobey-Tobes, a kitten I got from the Humane Society 5 years ago is my best buddy. I cant wait to see him every day after work. And there was the year we gave Victoria a puppy and did we ever love her for 16 years. So if the time is right…please give one of these dogs, cats or rabbit a forever home…You can’t beat the price. You can go down to the Humane Society on Ames Avenue in Milpitas or the other shelters and look around, see which animal jumps out at you. There are also satellite adoption centers through the end of the month at the Petcos in Sunnyvale and El Paseo de Saratoga.
