Don’t know about you, but I’ve already eaten way too much candy. Layna from Promotions came over with a Mickey bucket of fun size treats …and I scoured through them for the Skittles..thinking that’s got to be the best of the bunch…True I guess if I ate just one..but I had 4 of those fun sized bags. So here you go…my gift to you…the calorie and exercise count for the most popular goodies.
#1.) Peanut M&Ms. One fun size package of them has about 90 calories, which equals about 8 minutes of running, 6 minutes of swimming, 16 minutes on a bike, or 11 minutes lifting weights. #2.) Tootsie Rolls. Five of them equal about 9 minutes of running, 8 minutes of swimming, or 20 minutes on a bike. #3.) Three Musketeers. If you have two fun sized bars, that's 10 minutes of running, or about 22 minutes on a bike.
--It's about the same if you have about 20 pieces of Candy Corn . . . which would be A LOT of them considering how AWFUL they are. #4.) Starburst. Eight of them have 160 calories, or around 12 minutes of running, or 28 minutes on a bike.
--Or if you have just TWO fun sized Snickers, Twix, Almond Joys, or Mounds bars, it's about the same. #5.) Butterfingers. Two of the small ones pack about 170 calories, which would equal a 13-minute jog, a 12-minute swim, 30 minutes on a bike, or 20 minutes lifting weights. #6.) Hershey's Kisses. If you have 10, that's over 200 calories and 12 grams of fat . . . or 16 minutes of running, 14 minutes of swimming, or 35 minutes on a bike. #7.) Kit Kats. Two fun sized bars have 210 calories and 11 grams of fat, which equals about 16 minutes on a treadmill, or 37 minutes on bike.
--A Halloween-sized bag of Sour Patch Kids also has about 210 calories. #8.) Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. If you have five of the MINI ones, that's about 220 calories, which means a 17-minute jog, a 15-minute swim, 39 minutes on a bike, or 26 minutes lifting weights.
You can thank me later!!!!
