Just in case you haven’t realized…we turn our clocks ahead an hour this weekend…
Daylight Saving Time returns on Sunday the 11th…..so we spring forward.
Don’t like losing the one hour of sleep, but love the extra daylight. All set to play!!!
And all set to get out my vast assortment of flip-flops.
Is the time change tough on you? If so try this out. Starting now, go to bed and wake up 10 or 15 minutes earlier each day. And take a nap in the afternoon on Sunday if needed. Heck I do that anyway..LOL!! Just make sure you don’t do it within a few hours of going to bed. They say it takes the average person 3-4 days to adjust to the time change..hmmmm just in time for the weekend.
