You have to be dreaming about the feast on Thursday. Even if it's not going to be a big production, you still want something special for the day. My friend Gary will be working all day, so he's planning on grabbing a turkey sandwich!

A word of warning if you're trying out a pre-made dinner from the grocery store. Be prepared to improvise. For me, it's their frozen mashed potatoes--why do they always turn out like soup?
