Such a tough year for your family when your kid misses a bunch of school--and seems to never get caught up again. You can imagine my elation at Jeff getting a Senior Award this week! I'm still on Parents' Cloud 9. Isn't it true that parents get more excited about their kids' accomplishments than the kids themselves?

My high school classmates are meeting up for a casual get-together this weekend. The first thing you think is--"ARGGGGHHH! I've gotta lose some weight"! I actually dropped a pound or 2--then gave myself the liberty to enjoy half a can of whipped cream last night. Oh well. Isn't it really about having FUN?
