Sheesh--first my Volvo, then our heater goes. Call it Murphy's Law, but I was glad to have heard Lissa Kreisler's commercials when our 35-year-old furnace pooped out. Of course it was New Year's weekend during a cold snap--but Valley Heating & Cooling was SNAPPY! I just wanted to toot a horn for them!
