To cover, or not to cover the plants (and deal with what didn't make it in the spring). That is the question! My son, Jeff did me the favor of going outside at 11pm last night to cover the lantana and bougainvillia, but missed some--oh well! 

Leave the covers on what's still alive, there's another FREEZE warning tonight...

Sharon Harris Always water your plants before a freeze...The wet soil will not let the roots freeze, your plants will be fine, I just watered my plants today, I have been out at 10:30 just before we had freezing weather. Found out it is the best thing for plants, if they are real fragile, purchase Cloud Cover and spray on the leaves of the plants you are concerned with.

Judy Crum I am so glad I only have one plant :)
